6. Are you more aware of design involved in your everday environment and will you observe this differently?

I think that the graphic design week has actually made me more aware of stuff around me that links to graphic design. Most stuff such as advertisements, posters and banners are things i already notice as they are made to catch my eye, these are involved in my everyday environment. I think now that i know more about graphic design i can look at it differently and think about it more and why something is made how it is.

Have you been inspired by any of the work you have been introduced to?

All of the graphic designers i have come across have inspired me different. For example, i really liked the fonts created by Wim Crouwell. Although they looked a little confusing they are still readable and interesting. Alan Fletchers work is something i really admire as he tends to collage and use a variety of colours, something i like doing myself as i know if i do this i don't have to be as neat and precise with my work.

Is there any particular discipline within graphic design that you find most interesting and why?

I really like the idea of advertisement, whether it being CD covers, book covers or posters etc. I would beable to use typography within this, something i really enjoyed doing. I think making something for people to look or or be inspired by is something i would prefer to do.
