3D Design - Task 1
The first task for 3D design was a drawing task, something i yet again enjoyed. I was to draw from an object, in this case, a board clip, in different medias such as pencil, graphite, biro and fine liner. I particularly enjoyed working with biro as i was able to get a sharper and more obvious line which i preferred as an outcome. I like how i layered my drawings instead of using a certain composition for my piece.
When drawing my second object i wanted to simplify it as much as i could. In some drawings i drew just the outline and no detailing at all. I found this effective and helpful as it gave me more ideas for shapes which would help with the next task.
Using ink to create a tonal piece was something i found challenging and least enjoyed as i found the process quite difficult.
